Every show's earnings sit in a 72-hour hold right after launch, giving the community time to flag anything before a creator can withdraw a dollar. If a show is reported and a moderator opens a review, new TIX purchases pause and the creator's earnings freeze - but you can still watch and still sell TIX you already hold, any time. If the show is cleared, everything unlocks as normal. If it's found guilty, the show is shut down and its frozen earnings become a fee-free refund pool: viewers get back their own watch payments and traders get back their own trading fees.
TIX are access tokens. They buy watch time and can be scouted, and their price moves with demand. But they're not equity, they pay no dividends, and their value isn't guaranteed.
